Board of Examiners of sports and health science degree programs
The Board of Examiners is responsible for carrying out the examinations in the fields of sport and health science concluding with a diploma, and bachelor's or master's degrees and the teaching professions. Applications and inquiries regarding examination issues must be submitted in writing directly to the board of examiners. The approval and issuance of degree dissertations, bachelor's or master's theses are provided by the Chairperson of the Board of Examiners.
Date of the Board of Examiners Meeting
The next meeting will take place:
- 17th of December 2024 (application with special circumstances will be accepted until 10th of December 2024)
The decission of your inquiry will be sent to you within a week after the date of the Board of Examiners Meeting. Until then we ask you to refrain from further inquiries.

- Please download the application form and fill it out digitally. The completed application with special circumstances is then submitted digitally (no paper submission is necessary). Please refer to the instructions for submitting the application digitally

Please review the examination regulations outlined in section 13, paragraph 2 of the ADPO or section 10, paragraph 7 of the APSO depending on your course of study.
If you are unable to participate in an examination, you must immediately submit a original medical certificate to the grade and examination management, Mrs.Frau Beate Hufnagel (beate.hufnagel(at)tum.de). Please submit the following information: First name, last name, exam day, exam name and exam number.
Medical Certificates are required in order to be able to grant disadvantage compensation to enable students with disabilities or chronic illness(es) to have equal opportunities in their studies.

In order to be allowed a disadvantage compensation, you must submit an application for disadvantage compensation (Application with Special Circumstances (Härtefallantrag)) to the Board of Examiners.
