Proximity to teachers and students and openness to their everyday concerns is an important principle of our work. The support service is a central service unit that is highly valued by all parties.
Students can send all their enquiries relating to the organisation and implementation of their studies directly to the relevant member of staff at the Student Office Klinikum rechts der Isar via e-mail. The same applies to teachers with their questions and concerns regarding the organisation of events and documentation of their own and departmental teaching. In the vast majority of cases, the support team responds to enquiries within 48 hours.
The support team processes around 7,000 enquiries per year.
Campus-Management-System mediTUM
The campus management system for the Human Medicine degree programme is called mediTUM and offers students and teachers the opportunity to control and plan all organisational processes relating to teaching and studies.

Information and forwarding to the PJ portal for registration for the practical year
Information and forwarding to TUM systems such as the eLearning platform Moodle
