You can find the Department Health and Sport Sciences buildings in the north of Munich on Campus D and C, at Georg-Brauchle-Ring 60/62, as well as at the TUM Campus in the Olympic Park. The two sites can be reached both quickly and easily by way of the central ring (Mittlerer Ring) and via the public transport system. The unique location near and in the Olympic Park offers an excellent infrastructure and exceptional recreational value.
Since October 2021, the main location of the Department Health and Sport Sciences is again the TUM Campus in the Olympic Park. This is where the staff of some Chairs, the Applied Sports Sciences, additional laboratories, the practical sport facilities and the university sports are located. The Uptown Campus is currently still home to the majority of the Chairs, Institutes and units with their laboratories, as well as the administration of the Department. Both locations can each be reached from the appropriate U-Bahn (subway) stop in about ten minutes by foot when using either the U1 or U3 train, respectively.
Through the public transportation system, other Schools/Departments of the TUM in different locations have short-distance connections as well.
