Board of Examiners of sports and health science degree programs
The Board of Examiners is responsible for carrying out the examinations in the fields of sport and health science concluding with a diploma, and bachelor's or master's degrees and the teaching professions. Applications and inquiries regarding examination issues must be submitted in writing directly to the board of examiners. The approval and issuance of degree dissertations, bachelor's or master's theses are provided by the Chairperson of the Board of Examiners.
Date of the Board of Examiners Meeting
The next meetings will take place:
- 21st of October 2025 (application with special circumstances will be accepted until 14th of October 2025)
- 11th of November 2025 (application with special circumstances will be accepted until 4th of November 2025)
- 9th of December 2025 (application with special circumstances will be accepted until 2nd of December 2025)
The decission of your inquiry will be sent to you within a week after the date of the Board of Examiners Meeting. Until then we ask you to refrain from further inquiries.

- Please download the application form and fill it out digitally. The completed application with special circumstances is then submitted digitally (no paper submission is necessary). Please refer to the instructions for submitting the application digitally

Please note the new regulation effective from the 2025/26 winter semester: Medical certificate regulation
In every case of illness (even if no exam is affected), you must immediately submit a medical certificate by email to the Grade and Examination Administration, Beate Hufnagel (pa.gsw.sto(at)mh.tum.de). Please provide the following information:
- Matriculation number
- First name
- Last name
- Degree program
Be sure to keep the original medical certificate, as it may be requested by the examination board at a later stage of your studies.
Medical Certificates are required in order to be able to grant disadvantage compensation to enable students with disabilities or chronic illness(es) to have equal opportunities in their studies.

In order to be allowed a disadvantage compensation, you must submit an application for disadvantage compensation (Application with Special Circumstances (Härtefallantrag)) to the Board of Examiners.
